Litigation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage teams for various engagements including fraud / internal investigations, commercial litigation disputes (e.g., shareholder, partnership, and transactional disputes), fraudulent financial reporting, professional liability, forensic analysis, and economic damages in a wide variety of industries.
• Develop work plan and strategy, supervise staff, review work product, and perform financial analysis.
• Coordinate and manage document requests and control of production.
• Supervise, train, and develop staff.
• Participate in developing new business through networking, writing articles and presentations, and attending conferences.
