Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), managing a caseload of 10-15 clients, conducting assessments, and providing parent training. As a BCBA at Anchor ABA, you will have the freedom to create impactful treatment plans while working in both clinic and in-home environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership:
- Supervise a team of RBTs, offering guidance and support to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA services.
- Provide regular supervision sessions, fostering professional growth and ensuring the highest level of treatment delivery.
- Client Caseload Management:
- Manage a caseload of 10-15 clients, developing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Regularly track and analyze data to monitor client progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
- Parent Training & Collaboration:
- Lead parent training sessions, empowering families with the tools and knowledge to reinforce ABA strategies at home.
- Maintain open lines of communication with families to ensure consistent support and address any concerns.
- Assessments & Reporting:
- Perform assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) to assess skill levels and develop treatment goals.
- Document client progress, preparing detailed reports and treatment plans in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA)
- Current BCBA and COBA certifications in good standing
- Previous experience supervising RBTs and managing a caseload in an ABA setting
- Experience with a variety of assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or other tools)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in both clinic and in-home settings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting parent training or caregiver support
