Join Our Awesome Team as an Educator at Anchor ABA – Where Learning Meets Fun!
Are you passionate about working with children and making a real difference in their lives? Do you want to be part of a team where your ideas are valued and your growth is supported? Well, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Teacher to join our ABA clinic family. This role isn’t your typical classroom position! You’ll work with children with autism in a supportive, dynamic, and fun environment where both the kids and you thrive. Plus, we’ll provide all the training you need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)—how cool is that?
What’s in it for you?
- Schedule: 4 day work week for full time staff (yes, that means a 3-day weekend!). More time for you to relax, explore, or enjoy your favorite hobbies.
- Training & Growth: We believe in continuous learning! We’ll train you to become an RBT and provide ongoing support to help you grow professionally. There’s always room to explore new strategies and techniques that make learning fun.
- A Supportive Team: You’ll join a compassionate, dedicated team of professionals who collaborate, share ideas, and keep the energy positive. We work hard, but we have a blast doing it!
- The Autism Scholarship Program: You’ll be working with children utilizing the Autism Scholarship program, providing educational support and ABA-based strategies to help them thrive.
- A Fun Environment: Imagine a space where kids (ages 2-12) are excited to learn—and so are you! You’ll support students in their academic and functional living skills, helping them develop skills they’ll carry with them for life.
- Making a Difference: The work you do will truly matter. You’ll help children with autism achieve their goals and see real progress in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Work with IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)and ETRs (Evaluation team report): Collaborate with other team members to ensure students’ goals and progress are being met according to their IEPs.
- Data Recording: Collect and maintain accurate data on student performance, behavior, and progress to track improvements and adjust strategies as needed.
- Behavior Management: Use positive behavior management strategies and ABA techniques to support children’s emotional, social, and academic development.
- Lesson Plans: Create and implement personalized lesson plans based on individual needs, focusing on academic skills, behavior management, and functional living skills.
What are we looking for?
- A team player who can balance the excitement of a classroom with the compassion needed to guide our kiddos through their learning journey.
- Someone who is innovative and ready to implement academic and functional living skills programs for children ages 2-12.
- A person with interest or experience working with children with autism. ABA experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate!
- A sense of humor and a positive attitude because learning should be fun, right?
Perks include:
- A safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where you can be your authentic self.
- The opportunity to work with some of the coolest kids around!
- Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your game.
- The chance to make a real, lasting impact on the lives of children and families.
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including:
- 4 day work week for full time staff
- 401(k)
- Flexible schedule
- Mileage reimbursement
- Paid time off
