Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities :
Update and send out the company's weekly newsletter.
Create Monday morning meeting presentation each week.
Refresh the project list on the company website on monthly basis.
Generate one company article and blog weekly.
Design and produce graphics for evergreen content.
Maintain and distribute company event display in office.
Build social media campaigns with focus on company culture.
Collaborate on the design and production of company T-shirts and decals.
Manage project reports in multiple capacities.
Take company headshots for new hires, as well as photography for some company events.
Document and share progress shots of job sites.
Create and print marketing collateral
Develop and deliver Visme presentations.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience : At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role or a related field.
Skills :
Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Canva).
Strong writing and editing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient graphic design skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic photography skills are a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bilingual preferred.
