POSITION SUMMARY
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service and general office duties working in operations
- Heavy communication with carriers by phone and email, as well as internally
- Active negotiations with carriers
- Assist team by further developing existing and new carrier relationships
QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, BACKGROUND, AND EDUCATION)
- Willingness and ability to learn, and take direction with a positive intuitive nature.
- Strong customer service with heavy phone and email communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in an active fast paced office environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work activities with minimal mistakes.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order of importance
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Comfortable learning, taking direction, and coaching
- Ability to learn and work within different software, or programs.
Associates, or Bachelor Degree preferred
