Job Summary
Visually examines containers to ensure proper specifications. Packs ware manually into containers if automatic equipment is not utilized. Activates automatic machines and places ware off or on the production lines, as necessary. Un-jams equipment such as conveying lines, inspection equipment and case packers, as necessary. Prepares paperwork such as production tally sheets.
MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Is: 7- day rotating shift in Union environment. Shift rotation is 7A-3P, 3P-11P and 11P-7A.
Job Requires: Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, balance, stoop, bend, and crouch down. The environment is noisy and very warm in the summer months. Personal Protection Equipment is required and supplied. Proof of College Enrollment and High School Diploma. All students will be required to complete a Job Application and drug/alcohol screen.
Job Qualifications: Students must be 18 years old and have completed at least one year of college with verifiable enrollment in continuing education. or just graduated High School and are enrolled (verifiable) in college for the 2025 fall term. Will work through August 31st, 2025. Pay is $25.00/hour.
