Job Summary
The Facility EHS Manager will provide leadership and expertise to drive best-in-class performance in the Environmental, Health, and Safety performance of AGCC. This role will partner with facility leadership to establish a strategy and advance a culture of safety and environmental excellence throughout the facility.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assure environmental compliance at manufacturing and support facilities, including safety and health compliance for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Manage environmental processes and reporting within the facility, including waste management, surface and groundwater management, air emissions, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement safety and accident prevention programs, including safety training plans, routine testing and monitoring, and incident investigation and analysis.
- Monitor program compliance and conduct audits for environmental, health, and safety.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Safety/Environmental Engineering/Sciences or a related field.
- CSP, CIH, CHMM, REM or similar accreditation preferred.
- Five years' experience leading EHS programs within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regulatory standards and programs.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
