Position Summary :
The Enrollment Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and enrollment of new patients and caregivers. This includes initiating patient intake, verifying Medicaid eligibility, assisting with documentation, negotiating caregiver rates, and liaising with internal teams such as HR and Marketing. The ideal candidate is reliable, consistent, and able to manage a range of responsibilities, all while maintaining a sales-focused approach to customer service.
