As the Event Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and promoting a range of events from trade shows and conferences to product launches and experiential activations. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure seamless event execution and impactful audience engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Event Planning & Execution : Coordinate all logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, timelines, and budget tracking.
- Marketing & Promotion : Develop and implement pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing strategies across digital channels (social media, email, website) to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative, etc.) and external partners (vendors, speakers, sponsors) to ensure events run smoothly.
- Audience Engagement : Create and execute strategies to drive attendee participation, interaction, and brand awareness during and after events.
- Content Creation : Assist in creating promotional materials, event collateral, and digital content for social media, email campaigns, and event signage.
- Data Tracking & Reporting : Measure event success through attendee feedback, registration data, social media engagement, and other KPIs to continuously improve future events.
