Summary: To be able to perform Auditor job duties, along with recalls in the warehouses, oracle transactions needed to ensure product is locked down in the system, and the self-direction to stay on top of those and other projects with little oversite. Audits work activities of processing production workers to verify conformance of activities to quality assurance standards by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as directed by Supervisor or Director of Quality.
Perform warehouse audits/recalls.
Analyze data and make judgement call on disposition and identified non-conforming product.
Prepare written and verbal reports regarding the status of projects and recalls.
Observes and asks workers questions pertaining to job functions.
Read processing information such as worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets, to verify that records adhere to quality assurance specifications.
Observe workers using equipment to verify that equipment is being operated and maintained according to quality assurance standards.
Writes and submits audit report to supervisory personnel.
Create and maintain Zontec databanks.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
