What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deployment Technician position at Anchor Point Technology Resources?
12-month contract engagement possible extension or conversion. BE LOCAL to the Indianapolis area.
Mix of Refresh and Deployment / Project work. 70% Off-site at various locations (All Around Indy, including Kokomo & Anderson at some point)
Fulfill requests from users for new equipment and equipment moves at and throughout the health network in Indy. Deploy equipment for new or relocated offices, and assist with getting systems online. This includes hardware and software installations, printers, and network setups.
Environment Snapshot :
- Leverage ServiceNow as their Ticketing System
- Responsible for ~16K computers (desktops & laptops) & ~3K Printers
Primary Duties & Skills Required :
o Software / Hardware Refreshes, Imaging, deployment, etc.
