Food Service Manager is responsible for feeding 40 residents in a Recovery program.
Knowing to cook, managing a FIFO system and being able to orchestrate the food and supplies for two programs. Candidate will manage a team that brings the raw groceries in, prepares balanced meals, and then delivers them to 2 different locations.
As a Food Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring high standards of food preparation and customer service. Reporting to the Residential Director, your core skills in food management and supervising will be essential in leading a team and maintaining efficient kitchen operations. With premium skills in cooking and food production, you will also enhance menu offerings and cater to diverse dietary needs.
