Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating volunteers
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and report generation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
- Compassionately and professionally assist supporters and recipient families with questions via phone, chat, and in-person.
Skills
- Proficient in office management systems and software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in an administrative position is required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
