As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. *Responsibilities* - Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating - Present menus and explain menu items to customers - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently - Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction - Process payments using cash registers or handheld devices - Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience *Experience* - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Strong customer service and guest relations skills - Knowledge of restaurant operations and basic culinary terminology - Ability to adhere to food safety standards
