Position Summary
ACBA is seeking an experienced and passionate Ballet Teacher to instruct students of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in classical ballet technique, a commitment to artistic excellence, and the ability to foster a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Class Instruction: Teach ballet classes ranging from beginner to advanced levels, focusing on technique, artistry, and performance quality.
- Student Development: Provide individualized feedback and mentorship to help students reach their full potential.
- Choreography: Develop and stage choreography for performances, showcases, and competitions as needed.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a structured and encouraging atmosphere for learning.
- Communication: Engage with students, parents, and faculty to support student progress and studio goals.
- Studio Support: Assist with recitals, rehearsals, and studio events as required.
Qualifications
- Strong background in classical ballet training.
