About the Team
The adult outpatient clinic in Fairbanks is made of a multi-disciplinary team who work together to provide comprehensive behavioral healthcare services to adults who experience mental health challenges or life stressors. Our clinicians treat a wide range of mental health needs, including grief and loss, addictions, relationships, trauma, serious mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and depression) using evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure that all clinical records are in compliance with Organization policies / procedures & with external audit requirements;
- Provide leadership in developing & implementing effective customer satisfaction;
- Manage areas of accountability consistent with Organizational goals;
- Responsible for the hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, & discipline of personnel;
- Accountable for balanced budget and revenue goals in areas of responsibilities;
- Assess the needs of the target population(s), clients, & payers and designs an array of services to meet the population needs;
- Accountable for management of clinical functions consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and Organization policy through active management & consistent communication;
- Accountable for successful implement and management of corporate compliance plan.
