Role Overview: As an ADU Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell our tiny homes, build and maintain relationships with customers, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. This is an entirely outside sales role where you will be meeting with residential clients at their homes, evaluating their property and finances, and offering tailored ADU solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Service existing accounts and establish new ones by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
- Attend sales appointments, write up estimates, and close sales.
- Keep detailed reports of sales activities and update management on account status.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven sales and negotiation expertise with a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
- Persistent and consistent in following up with potential customers.
- Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.
- Previous home construction experience is desired
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for appointments.
