In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high property standards for both our guests and owners, while also.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of vacation rental properties before guest stays.
- Check for any damages, wear and tear, or maintenance issues and document findings.
- Verify that all amenities and appliances are in working order.
- Communicate any maintenance or repair requirements to relevant parties.
- Ensure that the property is well-prepared for incoming guests, including cleanliness and functionality.
- Keep track of inventory such as furnishings, linens and kitchen supplies and report any missing or damaged items.
- Property supplies drop off's
- Touch up cleaning, as needed, at properties
- Run daily reports
- Communicate with the Property Manager.
You will also be responsible for assisting our Lead Laundry Attendant. These duties include:
- Loading linens in washing machines and dryers
- Folding linens
- Creating laundry kits
- Creating stock supply kits and maintaining inventory levels
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in property inspection, property management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify maintenance issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- As a Vacation Rental Property Inspector, your role will entail traveling to designated properties, and transportation will be necessary for this position.
- This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-30 pounds. You will also lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong communication amongst cleaners and other team members is a MUST
