Job Overview
As a Vacation Rental Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental properties. This role requires the ability to juggle a variety of tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and follow-through. Your role will involve ensuring that each property meets our high standards, providing exceptional guest service, managing maintenance tickets, and managing a range of administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle rental inquiries, guest requests, refunds, and other related matters promptly and professionally.
- Respond to guest issues and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Uphold assigned properties to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
- Coordinate and oversee regular property inspections, addressing maintenance requests and scheduling repairs as needed.
- Address guest and owner concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner, maintaining positive relationships with guests and property owners.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, bookings, and property-related information using various types of property management software.
- Ensure all property listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimally presented on all relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors, cleaning crews, and maintenance staff to ensure all services are performed to a high standard.
- Schedule and manage vendor appointments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe environment for guests.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on property performance, maintenance issues, and guest feedback to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving enhancements in the guest experience.
- Work with department heads to strategize and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on guest insights.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in office administration, or property management
- Problem solver and go-getter.
-Ability to thrive in a high stress situations.
-Experience with online travel agencies like Airbnb HomeAway/VRBO is strongly preferred.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, willingness to take initiative
- Ability to learn and efficiently use many types of technology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assign and maintain maintenance and cleaning schedules
- Ability to help manage inspectors, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
- Ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations with professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
