COMPENSATION: $80,000-$100,000/year (DOE)
STATUS: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: 7 days on, 7 days off
•Monday-Thursday: 5 PM-8 AM
•Friday-Monday: 5 PM-8 AM
LOCATION: Mat-Su Valley / Wasilla Office

Your Role
As an On-Call Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional home health and end-of-life care to our patients. Your compassionate approach will:
•Provide comprehensive physical, social, and psychological assessments.
•Collaborate with patients, families, and the Interdisciplinary Group to develop care plans.
•Ensure timely coordination of patient care and resource management.
•Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Qualifications
•Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska.
•Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
•Ability to utilize the full range of movement to assist in patient care.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
•Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
•Proof of current auto insurance and registration.
•Valid AK Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help you obtain this).
•Current CPR Certification (we can assist with this) and a negative TB test (we can provide testing).
