At Home Health & Hospice we are expanding our Nursing Team and is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of On-call Registered Nurse who shares our desire to make healthcare better for everyone.

COMPENSATION: $80-$100,000 /year DOE
STATUS: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: 7 days on and 7 days off.
(Monday-Thursday 5pm-8am and then Friday 5pm-Monday 8am.)
LOCATION: Mat-Su Valley / Wasilla Office

Job Summary As a RN On Call Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional home health and end-of-life care to our patients. Your compassionate approach will ensure comprehensive physical, social, and psychological assessments and your friendly and supportive demeanor will actively engage patients, families, and the rest of our Interdisciplinary Group in developing comprehensive care strategies and plans. With your attention to detail, you will efficiently coordinate patient care delivery, manage resources, and maintain meticulous patient records. Desired Skills & Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Home Health / Hospice experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
Ability to utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
Proof of current auto insurance & registration
Valid AK Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)
Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test)
