Cogir Senior Living is hiring a friendly, diligent, and energetic Housekeeper to join the growing team for our premier retirement community, Andara Senior Living by Cogir.
Our housekeepers are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This role includes performing a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents by creating a welcoming and orderly living space. Responsibilities include cleaning all public and common areas, bathrooms, offices, and resident apartments, following established schedules, and interacting in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure resident and family member satisfaction.

What will you do as a Housekeeper?
- Maintain all assigned areas clean and sanitary, including residents' apartments, common areas, and outside spaces.
- Wash, dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and sweep all areas of the establishment.
- Follow community cleaning schedule and protocol according to community guidelines and follow established safety precautions.
- Report all repair requests or safety hazards.
- Laundry duties as assigned.
- Ensure that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are always properly stored.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, as well as cleaning equipment, is a plus.
- Attention to detail and high integrity.
- Previous experience working in a hotel, Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
