Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support the President of the company. This is a temp-to-hire position offering a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, project management, and coordination skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct administrative support to the President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the President and Managers / Vice Presidents, gathering project updates and providing timely feedback.
- Maintain and update project timelines, completion dates, and status reports on Excel, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on various projects and initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for meetings using PowerPoint, ensuring they are well-organized and aligned with company standards.
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks, including meeting coordination, documentation, and maintaining internal databases.
