We are seeking a highly organized Fleet & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This onsite role will be responsible for managing fleet operations and inventory control for a growing plumbing service company. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure the efficient management of company vehicles and inventory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the company’s fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, registration, and scheduling repairs.
- Track and monitor inventory levels for plumbing parts, tools, and supplies.
- Manage and update inventory records in Excel and the company’s inventory management system.
- Coordinate procurement and restocking processes, ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained.
- Perform regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Generate reports using Excel to analyze inventory data, fleet expenses, and other operational metrics.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies to technicians for ongoing service jobs.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage fleet maintenance schedules and part orders.
- Monitor fleet expenses, track mileage, and maintain vehicle documentation.
- Support operations by optimizing inventory workflows and fleet logistics.
