Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
- BLS certification or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
