Healthcare Recruiter – Corporate Office (Las Colinas/Irving TX) [Exempt Position]
Job Summary:
Due to our continued growth, Anders Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join one of the fastest-growing Staffing Companies in the industry. Anders Group is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Healthcare Recruiter who is passionate about making a difference to help the healthcare community thrive. You'll screen and present candidates to deliver high-quality allied professionals and nurses for assignments with Anders Group’s clients (each, a “Traveler”), while building and maintaining strong relationships with travelers and Anders Group’s clients. The Healthcare Recruiter must be self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, be sales-minded, and have exceptional relationship-building skills. You will routinely report to supervisors regarding the status of work projects and participate in training as directed by your supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Initiate phone calls to candidates, follow-up with job board applicants, and understand potential traveler candidates for possible hire and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
2. Decide which candidates to focus on to secure offers
3. Choose a variety of recruiting tools to develop a growing pipeline of potential traveler candidates including an internal database, referrals, etc.
4. Source, screen, interview, and influence potential traveler candidates at various levels via telephone and email
5. Direct timely communication with potential traveler candidates, develop relationships, and influence candidates regarding the job market.
6. Influence potential traveler candidates on the benefits of employment with Anders Group and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
7. Create candidates’ compensation packages and guide potential traveler candidate profiles to submit to Anders Group’s clients including all necessary documentation.
8. Weigh and choose potential opportunities for assignment of potential traveler candidates recruited.
9. Continue building relationships with Travelers while on assignment to maintain customer service
10. Identify, address and plan for “red flag” concerns with or about Travelers on assignment to ensure everyone is set up for success.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. Experience in sales or service industry preferred.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook.
4. Sales mentality with closing ability.
Schedule: Full time, at least 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. In-office: Irving, Texas. (May require additional work on weekends and weeknights as needed.)
