Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping and grounds maintenance. This includes tasks such as tree trimming, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and general garden upkeep.
Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist with the construction of landscape projects including digging and building structures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
- Knowledge of power tools and mechanical equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
