Inside Sales Center Agent - Orlando (Mellick Group)

The Mellick Group - (Renewal by Andersen of Florida) In office Inside Sales Center Agent duties include: assisting the ISC Team in maximizing the conversion rate of calls, leads and inquiries into scheduled appointments via a prescribed appointment setting methodology for Renewal by Andersen. This job reports to our Orlando office five days a week and being IN OFFICE is required - this not a remote position.

SCHEDULE | PAY

- We have agents available between 10:00am - 7:00pm. We currently have multiple shifts available, working a Saturday or Sunday is required - weekend hours 8:00am - 5:00pm (weekend pay $18/hr base)

· W-2 Sales Position with Industry Leading Commissions (Uncapped Earning Potential!)

· Company Paid Training for the First Three Weeks

· Income: On Average $40,000yr - $60,000yr (Base Commission) (Paid Weekly!)

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

- 2 years of call center experience

- Ability to be in office - this is not a remote position

- There are 3 weeks of classroom training, then you will be training side by side with one of our senior agents for a week

- Take inbound calls for customer service-related questions and leads

- Appointment Calendar and Capacity – Ensure that slots are being filled with appointments

- Delight customers, as outlined in Renewal by Andersen’s Signature Service program

- Average 22 outbound call attempts per hour

- Must be able to type 30 WPM

- Outbound warm-calling – outbound calls to potential clients and previous customers to generate leads
