Responsibilities
- Prepare and handle appliances according to cleanliness and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Must be able to lift 60lbs and/or appliances on hand trucks.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of appliance delivery and installation techniques is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all tasks performed.
