Job Summary:
This Renewal Processor will work to ensure consistency between state and internal records, maintaining compliance for all entities that fall under our Registered Agent purview, by invoicing, collecting and filing all regulatory documents with the 50 state offices
Starting rate of pay is $17.00 per hour. Full benefits are provided for employees at no cost. This position is fully remote. You can be located anywhere in the US outside of New York state.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Google Suite of applications
- Excellent written communication is required
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to liaise with different departments when needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Filing state-required documents in a timely manner (2-4 business days)
- If needed, verifying information with the client prior to filing.
- Updating entity information as requested by clients into our CRM software, then with the state.
- Filing changes with the SOS after the entity has been organized such as Dissolutions, Reinstatements, Amendments, and Registered Agent changes.
- Updating entity pages to reflect administrative actions taken by state governments.
- Forwarding delinquency notices and Administrative notification documents from the SOS to the client.
- Educating other departments when appropriate.
