Salary range is $90K and is negotiable depending on skill and experience. The compensation package includes $250 monthly contribution toward health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(K) with safe harbor contribution, personal and professional development, and paid time off. We pay for continuing education and approved bar memberships.
Responsibilities include successfully closing client consultation meetings by providing strategic recommendations and asset protection that aligns with clients desired placement path, supervise Team in a collaborative environment, draft and review estate planning documents, conduct signing appointments and client meetings, provide guidance to clients throughout the process, actively participate in weekly meetings to discuss case status and next steps with the Team, engage in community outreach and memberships at local and state level for expansion of AEL brand awareness.
Qualifications include at least 3 years’ experience handling elder law/estate planning cases. Life Care Planning experience preferred but not required, understanding of Life Care Planning model and affiliated strategies, solid understanding of estate planning, public benefits, guardianships, probate, trust administration, admirative hearings and asset protections, comfortable working with elders and people with disabilities, excellent people skills and tech-savvy.
