Accounting Manager

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Utilize NetSuite for financial management and reporting, acting as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits as needed.
• Train and supervise accounting staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on full-cycle accounting.
• Proficiency with NetSuite is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
