Your key responsibilities will include:
- Specimen Collection and Preparation: Collect venous and capillary blood from inpatients and outpatients, as well as nasal and throat swabs, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Record Keeping and Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of specimen information, including patient data, test results, and other relevant details, ensuring timely transmission to healthcare providers.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, and paramedical training (preferable). Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care are essential for success in this position.
