Anderson Independent Home, LLC is in the process of obtaining a contract with (HCBS-AMH) Home and Community Based Adult Mental Health. HCBS-AMH, will provide services to individuals diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and integrated mental health services that promote the health and quality of life of our clients. Our clients are those that have frequent emergency room visits, jail diversion and Long-Term Psychiatric hospitalization.
We will be provide services in the following Counties: Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Montgomery Counties.
We are looking for Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment for contact work
Qualifications:
Must be trained, credentialed, and demonstrate competence in the specialized
psychotherapy used. Providers of this service must be a Licensed Practitioner of
the Healing Arts (LPHA).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $78.58 per hour
