We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities

• Resume Review: Evaluate incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Job Ad Posting: Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone interviews, schedule in-person interviews, and maintain a seamless recruitment process.
• Performance Review Management: Organize and maintain employee performance reviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Training Support: Assist in planning and delivering general training programs for employees.
• Special Projects: Collaborate with team members on special projects and handle additional tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
