Looking for a skilled and motivated Bi-Lingual Human Resources Generalist with 3 years of experience, in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you will collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily HR operations.
Summary:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, supervisors, and managers on HR policies and employment laws.
- Analyze current policies, ensure compliance with HR laws, and create/update HR document templates in collaboration with the team.
- Partner with management to address employee relations issues, implement corrective actions, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage administrative tasks such as onboarding, new hire orientations, exit interviews, and maintaining HRIS records with precision and compliance.
- Administer pre-employment and post-accident drug testing.
- Handle wage and employment verifications for external agencies.
- Provide benefits administration support and employee education on available programs.
- Prepare accurate reports and HR data as requested.
- Plan and promote employee engagement activities and company functions.
- Act as a resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns.

Salary : $55,000 - $68,000
