Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.
- Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide guidance on performance management.
- Utilize HR software such as Ceridian, Taleo, and Paychex for record-keeping and reporting.
- Facilitate conflict management by addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with administrative tasks related to HR functions.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Support training initiatives and professional development programs for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Ceridian, Taleo, and Paychex is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in conflict management and resolution techniques is a plus.
