- Experience with DMV Title preferred.
- Two years experience with Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of computers, printers, monitors, etc

Summary/Objective
The Title Clerk will handle the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. This person must be organized, pays close attention to detail, is a quick learner, and is experienced in the automotive industry.
Essential Functions
- Analyze each deals MVD document packet for errors or additional documentation needed for processing.
- Work with sales department to correct errors and obtain needed documentation or information for timely processing.
- Prepare all needed MVD documents for submission.
- Keep up to date inventory and wholesale notes in the DMS.
- Collect all payments from wholesalers in a timely manner.
- Process, audit, and scan all inventory and wholesale title transactions
- Perform weekly and monthly audits and reports as assigned
- Keep up to date title, inventory, and wholesale notes in the DMS.
- Provide assistance to management, other departments and employees as requested.
- Scan/File all accounting correspondence and paperwork into proper files in a timely manner.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain service files in a timely manner (filing, scanning).
- Communicate effectively all updates and changes with fellow team members.
- Performs all duties in a safe manner, immediately reporting any accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
- Shows when scheduled to work, on time, ready and able to perform essential job functions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
