Job Description
Anderson Process seeks an experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Michigan. This role involves generating sales revenue in an assigned geographic area, reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of products and customer applications through ongoing education and training.
- Establish new accounts and maintain existing ones by working with customers and vendors.
- Plan, organize, and execute sales call schedules to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Support teams to propose improvements and cost reductions.
- Deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, including material selection, proposal preparation, and follow-up.
- Participate in developing short-term and long-term sales plans to meet or exceed management-approved targets.
- Report daily sales activity using CRM software (Epicor/Prophet21).
