Brand & Marketing Coordinator
Anderson Striping & Construction, Inc. provides pavement maintenance solutions for commercial, industrial and government clients in CA, NV, OR, WA, UT & AZ. Headquartered in Kingsburg, CA our paving, seal coating, and striping crews work all over the San Joaquin Valley and beyond. We are looking to grow our paving division and expand more services in our territory.
Job Description: We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Marketing & Business Development Assistant. This team member will report to the sales and business development team and will support the leadership, estimating and administrative departments as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create digital media for marketing campaigns promoting company culture and generating new clients
- Design and create owned media including blogs, podcast content, brochures, business cards, mailers, and educational trainings for both company and client campaigns
- Photograph and video jobsites and workplace for digital campaigns
- Coordinate with sales department on setting up marketing events and attend
- Coordinate all donation/community events and ensure all events are posted in marketing media
- Assist sales and estimating departments with cold call emails, research and content
- Review SEO and Google Ad campaigns and report analysis to leadership teams
- Assist with creating and organizing marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate & assist with organizing company events and culture campaigns and creating pertinent content
- Attend sales events and assist sales department with new strategies and client development
- Assist administrative department with various tasks including answering phones when needed
Skills & Background:
- Ability to motivate yourself and find the next step, the next “solution”, with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- 3 years experience in creating digital media and content
- 3 years experience in social media marketing
- Preferred experience in sales or event coordination
- Microsoft Office, Digital media editing software and preferred photography/video experience
- Bachelors degree/education in communications, marketing, or journalism a plus
- High problem solving skills, self motivating and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to do research and learn our industry quickly and adapt to changing needs

- 8 Hour shift, typically Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
