Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is looking for a Load Document Coordinator to work in our St. Cloud, Minnesota office. This is NOT a remote or work from home position. This career provides administrative functions of document verification in support of customer billing and settlements in a timely manner with accuracy.
Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education. Associate’s degree or commensurate work experience highly desirable; and/or demonstrated work experience, preferably 2 years working in an billing function requiring attention to detail.
- Understanding of general administrative, billing and accounting processes.
- Must be able to adapt with high work volumes in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating patience, professionalism, and positivity.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Detail oriented, able to handle confidential materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify and audit process load documents in a timely matter to keep loads current.
- Verify and audit document accuracy for customer billing and settlement pay.
- Fact finding with the operations, customer service and other departments for needed information.
- Answer settlement phone call inquiries and emails from drivers and other departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
Compensation & Benefits:
* The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $24.00. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
