We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machines to construct furniture and other fabric items according to specifications.
- Fabricate components by cutting, sewing, and assembling materials as needed.
- Ensure that all finished products meet quality control standards.
- Maintain sewing equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sewing and furniture construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their operation.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns, technical specifications, and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
