What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at Anderson Valley Health Center?
Anderson Valley Health Center is the sole medical provider in Boonville, California. AVHC a family-like work-environment with 40 employees. This position is full-time 40-hours/week position. We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator that can assist with the following:
- Arrange new employee orientation and training including benefits orientation.
- Oversee and coordinate in-house/web job postings and recruitment.
- Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish including the recruitment, interview and verification of references and licensure for all positions.
- Coordinate the Credentialing and Privileging for all licensed employees.
- Be available to meet with employees and supervisory staff to address individual concerns, performance issues, etc., and offer support and assistance as needed.
- Maintain and update personnel files and ensure that all files and employee documentation is treated with the strictest confidence.
- Assist with payroll review
- Review required employment notices, labor laws, workers compensation, and other federal and state employment laws and employer obligations.
- Other duties as assigned.
