Job Description:
Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading IT change management initiatives that support the business in efficiently implementing changes to IT applications, infrastructure, or processes. The role ensures seamless transitions and minimizes disruptions to business operations, working closely with stakeholders to assess risks and readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct risk and readiness analysis, identifying potential conflicts, business process impacts, and assessing organizational readiness for IT changes
Lead the design, execution, and validation of IT system changes, ensuring changes meet organizational standards and security requirements
Engage with stakeholders to maintain understanding of existing business processes and impacts of IT changes, providing input on transition planning
Maintain and develop change management documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Monitor post-implementation outcomes, gather data, perform analysis, and report on the success of IT changes

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
5-10 years’ relevant experience required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
