Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, polished, and service-oriented Bartender/Server to join our front-of-house team. The roles require versatility, confidence behind the bar, and/or passion for delivering exceptional table service. Whether mixing a Negroni, recommending the perfect wine, or guiding guests through our menu, you'll be a key part of the guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional manner
- Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails with consistency and efficiency
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
- Provide informed recommendations on wine pairings and menu items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and/or service station
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure timely and smooth service
- Handle guest concerns or feedback with grace and urgency
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred
- Strong bartending skills and knowledge of classic cocktails and wines
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-first mindset
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required state certifications (e.g., TIPS or ServSafe)
