What You’ll Do
Our Human Resources team is seeking a dedicated, driven, and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal is supporting all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compliance and document management, etc. As an HR Coordinator, you will serve as an essential administrative and team support, essentially ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to our team's efficiency. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge and skills in the dynamic field of HR by supporting a team of talented HR Business Partners based in Atlanta, High Point and Las Vegas. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, someone who can maintain confidentiality, and someone who cares deeply about providing great service.

Position Responsibilities
- Partner with our HR Business Partners in Atlanta, High Point and Las Vegas to handle processes that are best standardized and centralized for consistency.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing interview tracking.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires (offer letter, background check, etc.), including conducting orientations and preparing necessary documentation.
- Monitor candidate progress from initial contact through offer, onboarding and start date
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Create and maintain various reports and metrics.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives and track employee progress.
- Provide support to campus-based initiatives and events such as Community Service projects, team building activities, all team meetings, etc.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle additional human resource related projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 year of work experience, preferably in an administrative or HR Coordinator role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong dedication to process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings/interviews via Outlook, Zoom, Teams, etc.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks.
- Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, especially UKG.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with compensation analysis preferred
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in the field of HR.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
