Position Overview :
We are searching for an enthusiastic and versatile Collections Specialist to join our Accounting team. The successful candidate will focus on Collections, building strong relationships with our internal and external customers while learning about our business and supporting the team through cross-training in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collections Management : Take ownership of collections processes, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices, and proactively managing customer accounts to mitigate overdue balances.
- Proactive Customer Communication : Reach out to customers before invoice due dates to ensure timely payments.
- Problem Solving : Research and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
