The successful candidate will focus on Collections, building strong relationships with our internal and external customers while learning about our business and supporting the team through cross-training in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities
- Collections Management: Take ownership of collections processes, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices, and proactively managing customer accounts to mitigate overdue balances.
- Proactive Customer Communication: Reach out to customers before invoice due dates to ensure timely payments.
- Problem Solving: Research and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in handling financial records.
- Professionalism: A high degree of professionalism in customer interactions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

- 2-3 years of accounting experience with collections or A/R knowledge preferred.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a growth-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with Prophet 21 is a plus.
