Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a dedicated RN / LPN Unit Manager to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.
Each RN / LPN Unit Manager team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care. Through strong personal relationships and knowledgeable decision-making at the facility, we pride ourselves on obtaining an extraordinary nursing staff for our residents. The RN / LPN Unit Manager will supervise and direct nurses, staff and patients within your unit.
Some responsibilities that come with working as the RN / LPN Unit Manager...
- Complete RN / LPN assessments and documentation.
- Investigate resident accidents / incidents and update care plans with resolutions.
- Conduct wound rounds and wound care treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Oversee RN, LPN and CNA work.
