I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Andrea Strickland - State Farm Agent who are interested in helping my business grow through value based conversations and remarkable customer experience. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities:
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identity customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
· Hourly plus commissions/bonuses with potential to go to a base pay

Compensation: $24,000-$60,000
Requirements:
· Customer service experience preferred, but not necessary
· Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and listening
· Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
· People-oriented
· Self-motivated
· Ability to make presentations to potential customers
· Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
· Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
· Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
