Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless client service and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirement
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience : Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
